Crazy about Kwantum, crazy about customers
With 1,700 colleagues, 110 stores, 2 distribution centers and a webshop, Kwantum is an integral part of the Dutch street scene. As the supplier of wall, window and floor products, almost everyone in the Netherlands has something from Kwantum.

Recruiting new colleagues
A high volume of vacancies and big ambitions for growth—those call for more than the usual recruitment approach. So Kwantum came to us. And we rolled out the red carpet. Because these are exactly the kind of challenges we thrive on.
Inside and out
The goal of the campaign was to achieve as many qualitative applications as possible. Clear! But just as important was the goal to strengthen the employer brand. As we say: open the front door and keep the back door closed.

Surprisingly different
Conceptual thinking
The campaign for Kwantum revolved around the creative hook “Crazy on Customers, Crazy on Kwantum”. Where our own employees were photographed at their own locations and in the studio. This is why we deliberately chose a striking back wall in a beautiful shade of blue. Unlike what you might be used to from Kwantum. But that's why it's very striking. The color also works very well with Kwantum's recognizable orange.
Media Strategy
We developed a Social First media plan based on Google's well-known See Think Do strategy. With a strong focus on conversion from Facebook and Instagram. And as measurable goals: clicks to the campaign website and qualitative applications.
Point of sale
Kwantum has 110 stores, where visitors who already love Kwantum come every day. So we developed a toolkit for all stores with promotional tools for exposure from the shop floor.


Incredible...!
By using Facebook Lead Ads, we made applying as easy as possible. This turned out to be an interesting addition to this campaign, as the number of applicants rose rapidly.
In the first three months, the campaign delivered the following results:
- Total number of impressions 1,519,766
- Unique range: 608,602
- Click-to-campaign site 15,175
- Number: applicants 350
The results have exceeded expectations and the campaign is being further optimized and extended. We have now also developed campaigns for Kwantum for the recruitment of salespeople, assembly specialists and logistics employees. And we provided the design and copy for the working at site.
So yes, we also love Kwantum (and they love us: -).
